Training and promotion is all depends on recruits' own pases of learnings from here and applying to real life.
Training procedures:
1. Read and comment on the lessons.
2. Share you situations and how you face them.
3. Share you change of something, anything.
Promotion rules: (Every new recruit start with rank "Private")
1. Once you complete 3 training procedures above on 3 lessons, you get promoted
2. Promotion pases is on your own, not depends on how long you joint but depends on how you share your trainings.
3. Self-promotion is honor basis, however, recruits need to keep own records of completed trainings for reference.
